Mindful Yoga

This class is geared to help us slow down, breathe, center, and feel better about ourselves amidst a busy and sometimes stressful life. A balance of both stillness and movement helps rejuvenate the body gently and in its own time. With a heavy focus on breath and inner awareness, this class helps us to strengthen our core, move with alignment, and become one with our body, mind and soul.
