Each month, our Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef team up with a select vineyard or winemaker to craft a delectable five course dinner inspired by our partner’s wines. Each plated course will be expertly paired with wine, hand selected by our team to enhance your culinary experience. Mountain Brook Vineyards is a family-owned winery nestled in the Tryon foothills of Western North Carolina, just minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. First planted in 2002, their vineyards, winery, and tasting room provide a magical escape from the world, and an opportunity to enjoy their premium award-winning wines paired with memorable hospitality.
