DINING AT THE SILO COOKHOUSE 

Join us as we offer an intimate dining experience for our guests in preparation for our new restaurant opening later this summer in The Silo Cookhouse.

Our food philosophy is simple: let the land inspire. Let us take you on a culinary farm to table journey set amidst the tranquility of the Farm’s eclectic dining room and the splendor of sweeping sunset views of Mt. Pisgah. Enjoy delicious food prepared with the freshest ingredients, predominantly sourced from the bounty of local artisans and purveyors right here in Western North Carolina.

Leading our kitchen with over 30 years of experience is Chef Kirk Fiore. Chef Kirk’s cooking philosophy centers on letting the ingredients shine, as he prides himself on making everything on the table from scratch.

The Experience 

We offer a three-course dinner service to guests staying on property a couple evenings a week. Our menu changes every night in accordance with the natural rhythm of mother earth and her freshest seasonal bounty.

Here at The Horse Shoe Farm, we believe strongly in creating a sustainable food model that is conscious of our impact on the environment. As such, our menus will showcase just one animal protein per evening. If the choice of protein is not to your liking, we are happy to substitute with a Chef’s choice of vegetarian option.

Dinner is currently BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite drink to enjoy.

Pricing

$70 per guest plus 6.75% taxes and 20% gratuity for Dinner

$35 per guest plus 6.75% taxes and 20% gratuity for Sunday Brunch 

 $35.00 plus 6.75% tax and 20% gratuity for children ages 4-12 for dinner and brunch. Children’s menu available upon request.

Reservation confirmations and dietary preferences are required 48 hours before each meal. All reservations are non-refundable and added to your guest account. 

*Please note that because this is an intimate chef’s tasting experience we may not always be able to accommodate ever dietary restriction and allergy (although we always try).  Should that situation arise we will inform you as soon as possible.
