Each class weaves together breathwork, guided meditation with simple visualization, and music for a full-body reset that leaves you feeling relaxed and recharged.

How to prepare:
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided - just bring yourself and water.
Dress comfortably.
Avoid heavy meals at least 30 minutes before class.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and silence your phone.
Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. Not recommended for pregnancy or unmanaged medical conditions.
